I wanted to build muscle and searched for
a great
Bodybuilding Exercise Program.
I found it at last!
I’m not going to beat around the bush here. If you’re
looking for a great bodybuilding exercises program, I suggest you
try the bodybuilding routine I found a few weeks ago.
It’s called Vince DelMonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building Program,
and it knocked my socks off. This is a guy that pulls no punches
when it comes to telling the truth about the many bodybuilding
rip-offs, supplements and bodybuilding magazines out there. Building
muscle the right way is critical to be sure you not only build a
better body, but you stay healthy too.
It's great for bodybuilding beginners and anyone looking for a good
exercises program. But it doesn't stop there. This outstanding
course will take you as far as you want to go, right up to the point
where you could turn professional.
His program works and there are many people I have come to know who
are living proof of it.
I’ll tell you more further down, but if you’re in a
hurry to get there, click the link below now.
I did a lot of
research before deciding on Vince DelMonte’s No Nonsense Muscle
Building Program. I came up with a list of requirements before I
decided which program I was going to invest in…
It had to be developed
by a guy who had done the hard work himself. I was not
interested in wasting my money on a so-called hardgainer who
had come up with a bodybuilding ebook sitting behind his
computer!
I wasn’t interested in
spending a fortune on supplements every month. I had my
doubts about their effectiveness, and I just plain couldn’t
afford it! And I definitely wasn’t interested in steroids!
I have a hectic work
schedule so I couldn’t spend hours in the gym every day. I
wanted to do my bodybuilding at home!
I wasn’t planning to
enter any bodybuilding competitions, but I have to be honest
and say, I wanted the girls to look at me!
I wanted a good solid
bodybuilding exercise program that would get me looking
good, and staying that way.
Vince DelMonte’s No
Nonsense Muscle Building Program offered me all of this and more.
About Vince
Vince was a 149 pound skinny guy that had tried all the
options – supplements, long hours in the gym, personal trainers –
the works. As he puts it he was “skinny, scrawny and weak”. He read
all the magazines and spent thousands of dollars on supplements that
didn’t help a bit. He watched his friends getting the girls, and
spent long nights killing himself in the gym.
After a terrible accident nearly took his life, he thought he’d
never be able to work out again. But eventually he got himself into
the gym and started all over again, only this time using completely
new tactics that he had uncovered, tactics only a few trainers alive
know about today.
He began to see and feel a difference in his body. His
muscles got thicker and denser and he was using heavier weights
every week. Pretty soon he was entering Natural Fitness Model Shows
and recently was placed first at the Canadian Fitness Model
Championships.
After reading all about him on his website, I was
convinced that this was the guy I had been looking for. Look,
even if you decide not to buy his bodybuilding exercises program,
the information he gives you is nothing short of astonishing. Click

Supersets and Bodybuilding Exercises
Is it difficult to develop an amazing physique with bodybuilding
chest, leg, arm or back exercises? Well, this can be a difficult question to answer
because a person's lifestyle will always play a significant role in
the ability to build muscle. Most people are aware of the common
bodybuilding exercises that are needed to enhance one's physique.
But, what happens when a person does not have the time to commit
to a regular bodybuilding schedule? Well, there are "tricks" that are commonly
employed in order to make the most out of the session time that you
do have available to you. One of the best ways to get more out of
your workout is to perform supersets.
What are compound sets? The easiest way to describe them
would be a series of exercises that work the same muscles one after
the other. However, each of these exercises will stress the muscles
differently so one will not have to worry about issues related to
fatigue. In other words, you will not wear yourself out halfway
through the supersets.
For those curious as to what a superset entails, here is a
look at a common superset to build muscle in the chest:
Bodybuilding weights - 8 - 10 reps of a traditional bench press will be performed.
Upon completing this exercise, you would immediately follow it
with 15 chest flyes. As soon as you are done with the chest
flyes, you will perform 8 -10 sets of incline bench presses.
Then, you would immediately do 15 reps of cable crossovers.
Then, you would take a minute or two to rest and then
repeat the superset one or two more times. Of course, you could
also include another superset of bodybuilding exercises that hit
other muscle groups.
The benefit here is that you would be saving an enormous amount
of time while not losing out on any of the benefits of the
exercises. That is to say, you are not cutting the bodybuilding
exercises short in any way. You will be getting maximum benefit
from the exercises while also cutting the amount of time needed
for the rest periods rather short. Since you are not overstressing
the same specific areas of the muscles, you will not burn
yourself out performing these bodybuilding exercises. Then
again, you might risk burnout if you try to lift weight that is too
heavy but this is true whether you are performing supersets or not.
Do you have to work the same muscle group in your supersets?
Actually, no; you can work various muscle groups in the body. This
is known as performing cross training supersets. You could perform a
chest exercise followed by a leg exercise followed by a biceps
exercise and followed by a back exercise.
So, who came up with the superset bodybuilding plans? The
answer is professional bodybuilders and they came up with the plans
many decades ago. They have been using them ever since and anyone
looking to boost their muscle mass should look into supersets as a
time saving method.
